Siyeh Communications offers low-income phone and Internet assistance to qualifying subscribers. Lifeline provides Federal Universal Service support to reduce monthly charges for telephone and/or qualifying Internet service paid by eligible low-income residential customers.
Low-income consumers on Tribal lands can receive a Lifeline discount of up to $34.25 per month, and up to a $100 reduction for first-time connection charges for Lifeline service at their primary residence. These assistance services are non-transferable and allow for only one discount to be applied to a qualifying household.
Eligibility standards for Lifeline assistance are determined by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Customers must qualify through National Verifier to become eligible to receive the Lifeline discounts. Customers can qualify by applying at home through your own portal, or by mailing in this application to USAC. All lifeline customers must re-certify every year before the anniversary date of their enrollment. Customers will be contacted prior to their recertification date with a reminder.
